One and Two Year Performance Courses

YPTC is a training theatre company for young people aged 19-27, running every Saturday during term times at our base in Camden, North London.

The course covers all aspects of the performing arts, from acting, singing and dance to audition techniques, film technique and stage fighting. Each year culminates in a professional showcase.

We aim to give students the opportunity to develop their skills in a professional and supportive environment and provide a solid foundation of training, with students attaining the highest levels of professionalism and commitment. Alongside performance skills, we also help students to develop personal skills and a professional work ethic, with an emphasis on self-motivation, self-discipline, initiative, time-management and critical reflection, while expecting students to maintain a rigorous code of professional conduct throughout the course.
